| Additional terms | NOTICE: All affiliates of BeMo, whether individuals or organizations, are required to conspicuously state their affiliate status with BeMo in advance of any and all BeMo affiliate links that are publicly shared on their website or otherwise. The statement must clearly declare that clicking on an affiliate link may result in a commission collected by you. Under our Affiliate Program, you are forbidden from including false or defamatory statements about any third parties including but not limited to BeMo Competitors. BeMo Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions: 5% of product sale 1. Conversions: Conversions are tracked using your affiliate link. Those who click your link will be tracked for 30 days and if they make a purchase during that time this conversion will be yours. 2. Students: Referral program available to past students and current BeMo students only. Referred friend must be a new BeMo student who has never purchased any services or contacted us in any way. People who use the referral code must be referred. Promo code not accepted from outside purchasers that were not referred. Both you and your friend must have had, at least, your first session with us and been satisfied before referral bonus is released. The referred friend can use the coupon code to enroll with no requirement, but their friend will not receive the referral bonus until after they have had at least one session and have been fully satisfied. If the friend cancels at any time for any reason, the referee will not receive their bonus. Once referral bonus is paid out the sale is final and there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances to any party. The referral bonus policy trumps all other policies. 3. Payments: Payments will be made on the 1st of each month via PayPal. Be sure to indicate your PayPal email address in your affiliate’s members area. Payout requires a minimum of 30 days even if friend has already had one session and has been satisfied, we must wait 30 days. 4. Promotional methods that are not allowed: Trademarks - You are permitted to use our logo. Trademark bidding is forbidden and if you are found to be bidding on our trademarks there will be consequences. Offer Placement - You can post offers via Facebook, Snap Chat, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, personal website and via email only. Please reach out to management if you would like to post via another method. 5. Policy towards self-dealing: Friends and Family - You can be commissioned if a friend or family member uses your affiliate link but you cannot be commissioned if you yourself purchase using your own affiliate link. Friend and family purchases must remain purchased for 30 days otherwise your conversion will not be where the rest of it? 6. Products/product categories that are excluded from the program: n/a 7. The following will result in disqualified purchases: Negative Commentary - Affiliates are not allowed to comment negatively about our brand. Offensive Content - Affiliates are forbidden from placing our links on adult themed websites. |
